About Me
I became a coach because I understand what it feels like to be in transition—to long for something more without knowing exactly how to get there. Over the years, I’ve learned that nurturing my health and relationships is essential for creating a solid, resilient foundation that can withstand life’s twists and turns. From that foundation, cultivating curiosity, playfulness, and authenticity has helped me grow and reconnect with my own strength.
Now, I share that journey with others by creating a safe and supportive space to pause, explore your ‘why,’ and take meaningful steps toward the life you truly desire. Coaching is my passion because I get to witness people grow, tap into their drive, and begin living in deeper alignment with themselves.
I’m a professionally trained Life Coach* and certified Yoga Teacher. Originally from Sweden, I moved abroad in 2009, first to the UK and later to the US in 2016. I now live in San Francisco, CA, with my family and our cat Sumsum 🐈 (whom you might encounter in our sessions).
* I did my life coach training with the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), a rigorous and International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training program.
